What is the procedure to make Khaman Dhokla Recipe?

  • Ek bowl le jisme thoda sa water dale.
  • Water mai ginger paste, green chilli paste, salt, sugar, oil and lemon juice add kare.
  • Ab is water ko acche se mix kare jab tak ki isme sugar proper dissolve nhi ho jati. Ab isko ek side m rakh de.
  • Ab ek dusra bowl le aur isme thoda sa besan and turmeric mix karle.
  • Ab is mixture ko acche se mix karle aur isme semolina (Suji) taste k according add karle.

  • Jab aapko lage ki water acche se boil hone laga hai tou dhokla batter mai 1 tsp eno or fruit salt add kare.
  • Eno daalte hi Khaman dhokla batter ko jaldi se mix karle jisse ki vo thick ho jae. Otherwise, batter kuch part mai dense ho jaega.
  • Ab is batter ko us round pan m daal de.
  • Jaise hi aap eno mix karoge batter main, us dhokla batter k container ko boiled water mai rakh de aur upr se cover karde. Remember to take out the whistle.
  • Dhokla batter ko constantly 20 min k liye high flame par steam kare.
  • Jab water agr side se nikalne lage to flame low karde.
  • Ab knife daalkr check kare ki Khaman Dhokla bana ya nhi.
  • Ek dusra pan gas par steam kare aur usme thoda sa oil our kark garam kare. Usk baad oil mai mustard seeds add kare.
  • Jab mustard seeds crackle hone lage tou usme curry leaves and sliced green chilies add kare. Ab inko acche se pakale jab tak ki cury leaves crispy na ho jae.
  • Ab Khaman Dhokla k pieces karle aur usme ye warm tempering pour kare.
